The Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services has launched a newly designed website to host its State Directory of New Hires.
Aside from a fresh look, the new site will include system upgrades such as updated online reporting features, automated reporting confirmations, ad-hoc user-generated confirmations, and multiple options for reporting new hires electronically and with ease.
These changes have been designed to enhance your new hire reporting experience and to improve our ability to communicate with you on a regular basis.
Additionally, employers who submit files via FTP should be aware that our FTP hostname has changed. This is an important update, and further details are provided on the File Transfer page.
